Will this actually help my kid perform better in games? Yes, our coaches will help your child develop the confidence mentally and physically from hitting mechanics, IQ, reps and the challenges that will allow them to translate into a game

How do I know if my child needs private training? If your child is struggling with consistency, wants to play at a higher level than the current one they are at or simply wants to put discipline and quality habits to use.

How often should my son/daughter train each week? This depends on the level of desire to improve. Most students do once a week for slow progression and other may want to do a couple to multiple sessions per week. Look at the current athletic ability, start with 1 session per week then progress into a deeper workload.

What makes you different from other coaches or facilities? Our coaching staff has pro level experience and values quality work, health and integrity above all else. We focus on individual growth not just reps. Our attention is on building character, focus and long term success through developing quality habits.
